Railway City Brewing’s story began in 2008, with a small location in downtown St.Thomas. Back then, they set out to start a local brewery entrenched in the history and folklore from years past. The idea was to create a brewery that honoured the history and heritage of our small industrial town.

In 1950 Dave Spicer opened up a little Bakery in Aylmer Ontario, simply named Spicer's Bakery. It began as a small bakery with a big following. Over the years customers have come to expect great quality baked goods and donuts at a reasonable price.
