Palmer’s Syrup Shanty is thrilled to welcome guests once again for delicious pancake and waffle meals, along with guided tours this season.

Open every Saturday & Sunday in March  9 AM – 3 PM

Visitors can enjoy mouthwatering pancakes or waffles served with maple ham and a hot cup of coffee or tea.

The guided tours offer a look into the evolution of syrup production, from its earliest methods to modern-day techniques.

Plus, the shanty is stocked with Palmer’s famous maple syrup and an array of maple treats. New this year – Palmer’s swag!
