The Polar Plunge is not only a thrilling experience but also a powerful way to support and make a positive impact on the lives of Special Olympics athletes. 

Monday, February 5th From 4-5pm

Registration is open at 3:30pm and plunges start at 4pm.

Whether you are an individual, organization or business, the Polar Plunge welcomes all do-gooders with a little courage and a warm heart willing to get cold and creative for a worthy cause.

All funds raised will support programming and events for over 26,000 athletes across the province.

Discover the therapeutic joy of molding clay into exquisite masterpieces while surrounded by the historic charm of our museum.

Learn about the history of pottery making in Early Ontario with a focus on the pots we have on display here in the house.

Each week we will also create and finish one hand-built project.

We'll do pinch pots, coil pots, slab built and something that incorporates all three methods.

Thursdays from 6:30pm - 8pm, starting February 8th

$175 per person

Four week course - complete four projects

Come prepared to be messy - don't wear your good clothes!

Please bring a small hand towel and if you want one, an apron.

Finished pieces will be ready for pick up from the Museum in March.

It's a FREE fun day for kids 12 and under.

Must be accompanied by an adult who are also welcome to participate.

This Is A Concert You Don't Want To Miss Out On!

“Take It Easy: The Story of The Eagles” celebrates the incredible music of legendary 1970s Country-Rock group “The Eagles”.

This audience-interactive show is comprised of some of Canada’s leading session musicians, who perform all of the legendary hits from the Eagles extensive career with soaring vocal harmonies and sizzling hot guitar solos.

The evening will be comprised of two sets, with the first half featuring all the songs from the multi-million selling album “Eagles Greatest Hits 1971-1975.”

The second half features more classic hits from the band's later years, including solo hits made famous by Don Henley and Joe Walsh. Don't miss your favourites including "One of These Nights," "Desperado," "Heartache Tonight" and of course, "Hotel California"!
