The month of October calls for cool weather, festive decorations, and of course, Halloween fun! 

Wallacetown Fair: An event for the whole family out for great entertainment, agriculture, rides, tractor pull and much more! The fair runs from Friday, September 29th, 2017 all day till Sunday, October 1st, 2017 all day. Port Stanley Terminal Rail Pumpkin Patch and Train Ride: Come ride the train, gaze at the beautiful fall colours, and pick a pumpkin from the patch! Reservations are not necessary but are very helpful/advised. The rides run from October 21st, 2017 and October 22nd, 2017 with departure times from Port Stanley station at 11am, 1pm and 2:30pm. Harvest Festival: Make your way to Great Lakes Farms to enjoy the fall harvest with you pick apples, pears and pumpkins, as well as delicious baked goods and lots of fun farm activities! The festival runs from Saturday, September 9th, 2017 at 10am till Sunday, November 5th, 2017 till 5pm. Fall Festival At Family Flowers: Kick off the fall season with free family fun at Family Flowers! With a pumpkin carving station, craft corner, fall vendor fair, professional free face painting, pumpkin bowling and fall plant sales and specials. The festival runs from Thursday, September 14th, 2017 at 9am till Saturday, September 16th, 2017 at 5:30pm. Clovermead Pumpkin Festival: Celebrate the world of pumpkins this fall! Pick your own pumpkin from our field (for an extra charge), try pumpkin bowling, fire walnuts from a cannon and shoot an apple from a giant sling shot! Enjoy a wagon ride, bee train ride, visit farm animals, get lost in a corn maze, and enjoy the fall decorations and family photo spots. Take a spin on the pedal carts or bounce on the giant jumping pillow and don't miss the pumpkin cannon artillery show! Colour your own pumpkin and shoot it from the pumpkin cannon at an extra charge. There's bushels of fresh, family fun all around the Adventure Farm! Come play with your family and 'Bee Happy' at Clovermead! The festival costs $12.99 plus tax/per person with groups of 5 or more recieving $1 off each admission). The festival runs every Saturday from September 16th, 2017 till October 30th, 2017. Halloween Treats: Taking place all day on Tuesday, October 31st, 2017 at Ye Olde Jail at 135 Queen Street in Rodney, ON. 

Free Hot Dogs At The Rodney Town Hall: Come to the Rodney Town Hall for free hot dogs on Halloween, sponsored by the Rodney Lions Club. The event takes place on Tuesday, October 31st, 2017 all day.
