Port Burwell Provincial Park (93kb) – Port Burwell Provincial Park features hiking year-round, swimming, camping, an interpretive trail, birding and much more for family fun.

John E. Pearce Park (110kb) – John E. Pearce Provincial Park is perfect for a short hike any time of the year for bird-watching or just getting back to nature. Enjoy a picnic lunch and interpretive trail while there.

E.M. Warwick Conservation Area (121kb) – Open year-round, this conservation area offers swimming, cabin rentals and is an ideal spot for birders.

The Elgin Hiking Trail (237kb) – The longest trail in Elgin County at 35 km, the Elgin Hiking Trail is the perfect way to enjoy the area’s natural beauty, and maybe even see a bird or two.

Dalewood Conservation Area (105kb) – Dalewood Conservation Area offers seasonal hiking, camping, swimming, canoeing, and birding for a family outing.

Lake Margaret Trail (260kb) – An 8 km trail around Lake Margaret which connects to Pinafore Park in St. Thomas.

Kirk-Cousins Management Area Trail (173kb) – A 5 km trail at the Kirk-Cousins Management Area.

Archie Coulter Conservation Area Trail (86kb) – A 4 km trail in the Archie Coulter Conservation Area which is east of St. Thomas in Central Elgin.

Fingal Wildlife Management Area Trail (156kb) – Map of the Fingal Wildlife Management Area Trail.

Lake Whittaker Conservation Area Trail (112kb) – A 5 km trail in the Lake Whittaker Conservation Area which is east of Belmont on Avon Drive.
